  1. Introduction
When planning your wedding, it’s crucial to hire a professional wedding videography service that aligns with your vision and expectations. The terms and conditions of the service agreement outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties involved. The terms and conditions serve as a legally binding contract, providing clarity on various aspects of the videography service.

  2. Booking and Payment
To secure the services of a wedding videographer, a 20% booking fee or deposit is typically required. This fee is non-refundable and serves as a guarantee of the videographer’s availability on your wedding day. The remaining balance is usually due before or on the day of the event. It’s important to carefully review the payment terms and ensure that they are acceptable to you before proceeding with the booking. It is necessary to make a bank transfer or online payment at least 1 week in advance of the event, and you must pay the full amount. Buyers and customers are responsible for some bank fees and charges. It would be nice if you could check with your nearby bank about transfer charges. In some cases, the sum you sent is different from what we received. If this happens, we would provide you a printout of our account showing the amount we received as a payment.
Wise, formerly known as TransferWise (https://wise.com), is a great option for affordable remittance fees and quick international transfers compared to traditional bank methods.
If you want to pay through Paypal, there will be an additional 5% charge.

  3. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Because circumstances can change at any time, it may be necessary to postpone or cancel the event. Cancellation and rescheduling procedures must be understood and approved by both sides.
At Bali Photo Cinema, you are free to change your event’s time as long as you give us at least 30 days’ notice. However, after you’ve changed the date of your event, there won’t be a refund.

  4. Services Provided
The wedding videography service will specify the scope of services provided. This may include the number of videographers present, the hours of coverage, and any additional services such as drone footage or same-day edits. It’s essential to have a clear understanding of what is included in the package you have chosen to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments on the day of your wedding.

  5. Video Style and Editing
Every wedding videographer has a unique style and approach to capturing and editing wedding footage. While you may have specific preferences, it’s important to note that the final video style is subject to the footage obtained and the video editor’s artistic discretion.

  6. Delivery Time & Method.
The edited footage will be delivered to the client within 4-8 weeks of the wedding. Bali Photo Cinema will provide the client with a download link from our cloud storage.

  7. Liability
Professional wedding videographers work carefully to properly document every detail of your big day. Accidents and unplanned events can, nevertheless, happen. Since technology isn’t perfect, electrical equipment could malfunction at any time and without warning. The videographer’s equipment breakdown, lost or damaged media, or other calamities, if this were to occur, Bali Photo Cinema would only be able to reimburse or pay back the amount that we are getting paid.

  8. Dispute Resolution
In the unfortunate event of a dispute between you and the wedding videography service, it’s important to understand the process for resolving such issues.

-. Specific Requests for Video Changes.
If you would like to make changes to your video, you must be specific about what you want changed. For example, you cannot simply say “I don’t like the clip.” You must specify which section of the clip you want removed or changed.
    -. Changes the Background Music.
Changes to the background music in videos are not accepted. The background music is a fundamental part of the video’s structure. If you have any requests for the background music, you must let Bali Photo Cinema know in advance. If no notification or request then we may have the right to choose the background music for you.
  9. Additional Services and Charges
You may request to Bali Photo Cinema other additional services such as pre-wedding shoots, extended coverage, or raw footage. These services occur additional charges. We will provide a clear breakdown of these services and their associated costs.

  10. Crew Meals
A wedding couple agreed to provide food for Bali Photo Cinema crew members for five or more working hours. Usually, wedding planners are willing to provide simple “crew/vendor” meals.

Understanding the terms and conditions of a wedding videography service is vital to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. Remember, the terms and conditions serve as a legally binding contract, protecting the rights of both parties involved. Take the time to review and discuss these terms with Bali Photo Cinema to ensure that your wedding memories are captured beautifully and in line with your expectations.
